"Backups to keep" = how many versions are retained; older ones are pruned automatically. Saving only stores the agency setting — new sites get it at provisioning, existing sites via the button below.

Apply to existing sites now

Writes the saved schedule to every connected site that has UpdraftPlus (over SSH, best-effort).

Run a backup now

Triggers an immediate files + database backup to UpdraftVault on every connected site (over SSH, best-effort). This can take a while for larger sites; for a single site use php artisan agency:backup-now <project-id>.
